1.工作前必須穿戴好防護(hù)用品，持證上崗。工作時(shí)不得少于兩人。
2.噴砂工作前，檢查管道內(nèi)壁噴砂系統(tǒng)工作是否正常。在噴砂過程中，雙層噴砂罐通過PLC設(shè)定，使料位儀、壓差計(jì)、進(jìn)氣氣控閥、排氣氣控閥有效聯(lián)動(dòng)控制?？蓪?shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)噴砂的功能。
3.噴砂工作前，檢查磨料旋風(fēng)分離機(jī)工作是否正常。在噴砂過程中將回收室的磨料和灰塵中有效的將其磨料分離出來到儲(chǔ)料斗中。
4.噴砂工作前檢查回收除塵系統(tǒng)工作是否正常。在噴砂過程中脈沖反沖裝置有效進(jìn)行清除濾芯外壁集結(jié)的灰塵，在清理的時(shí)候無灰塵外溢。
5.每班噴砂工作結(jié)束。人工清理前、后兩端的艙體回收室，將灑落的磨料清理干凈。
6.定期檢查系統(tǒng)的各連接口是否良好，確保液壓管路系統(tǒng)壓縮空氣管路、回砂管路的密封性能；若有漏氣現(xiàn)象需及時(shí)維護(hù)(該項(xiàng)工作，每月進(jìn)行一次)。
7.定期清除除塵箱集灰斗內(nèi)的粉塵(該項(xiàng)工作每周進(jìn)行一次)。
8.定期檢查噴砂機(jī)噴槍、砂管等易損件的性能情況，若有損壞需及時(shí)更換(該項(xiàng)工作每周進(jìn)行一次)。
9.定期檢查除塵器濾芯性能，若濾芯老化，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換(該項(xiàng)工作每半年進(jìn)行一次)。
10.電氣控制柜應(yīng)與作業(yè)區(qū)隔離，經(jīng)常性打開柜門用壓縮空氣吹洗內(nèi)部的粉塵(該項(xiàng)工作每月進(jìn)行一次)。
11.定期檢查鏈條、鏈輪、電機(jī)等系統(tǒng)的潤滑，及時(shí)添加潤滑油(該項(xiàng)工作每月進(jìn)行一次)。
12.噴砂機(jī)工作時(shí)，禁止無關(guān)人員靠近。清掃和調(diào)整運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部位時(shí)，應(yīng)停機(jī)進(jìn)行。
13.不準(zhǔn)用壓縮空氣吹身上灰塵。
14.發(fā)生人身、設(shè)備事故，應(yīng)保持現(xiàn)場，并報(bào)告有關(guān)部門。
